Rules of Play

These Rules of Play govern real-money gameplay at Malibu Club Casino (“the Casino”, “we”, “us”). By placing a wager, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Rules.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • Real-money play is available only to registered players who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction, if higher).
  • You must complete account registration and maintain accurate, up-to-date information. We may request identity, age, residence, and payment verification (KYC/AML) before enabling play, processing deposits, or paying withdrawals.
  • Access from prohibited jurisdictions is not permitted. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.

2. Getting Started

  1. Sign Up / Log In: Create an account with your email and password and confirm your registration via the link we send. Existing players may log in with their credentials.
  2. Deposit: Navigate to the Cashier to select a payment method and follow on-screen instructions. Minimum/maximum limits may apply.
  3. Choose a Game: Select a slot, table game, or roulette title and click Play Now. Game-specific rules, features, and paytables are available within the game interface (usually via the Paytable or Information button).

3. Real-Money Wagering

  • The amount staked is deducted from your balance when you place a bet. Winnings are credited to your balance after the result is determined.
  • Minimum and maximum bets vary by game and are displayed in the game client.
  • Only wagers placed and confirmed by our servers are valid. The server time and records are final for determining bet acceptance and outcomes.

4. Game Rules & Information

Each game provides its own rules, symbol values, features (e.g., bonus rounds, free spins), and payout details via the in-game Paytable/Help menu. Please review these details before wagering.

For roulette and other table games, available bets (e.g., number, color, even/odd, ranges, dozens, zero) and their payouts are explained in the game client.

5. Fairness, RNG & RTP

  • All outcomes are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and conform to internationally recognized standards for randomness and fairness.
  • Game providers are licensed content suppliers and may have their RNG and games independently tested by accredited labs. Where available, theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in the game information.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Play

  • Bonuses are optional. If you opt in, the specific bonus terms (including wagering, game weighting, time limits, and max bet rules) apply in addition to these Rules.
  • Bonus Terms will always state any restrictions that affect gameplay or withdrawals. If there is a conflict, the Bonus Terms for that offer will prevail for bonus play.

7. Malfunctions & Errors

  • Malfunction voids all plays and pays. In case of a game, system, or network error, affected wagers and payouts are void. Original stakes for incomplete or voided rounds will be refunded.
  • If a disconnection occurs after a bet is placed, the game round outcome may be resolved by the server. On reconnection, you will see the settled result or be able to resume the round if supported by the game.

9. Currency, Payouts & Withdrawals

  • Wagers and payouts are processed in your selected account currency. Exchange rates and fees (if any) are displayed in the Cashier or by your payment provider.
  • Winnings are credited immediately after each game round unless stated otherwise by the game rules.

10. Changes to Rules of Play

We may update these Rules from time to time to reflect regulatory requirements, provider changes, or service improvements. Material changes will be communicated via the website and/or email where appropriate.
